Why Ronnie Oakley Is Running for House District 39

I’m running for the West Virginia House of Delegates in District 39 because I believe government should be practical, accountable, and connected to the people it serves.

Too often, decisions are made in Charleston without enough attention to how they affect the people who actually have to live with the consequences. I want to bring a common-sense, independent voice to the Legislature and focus on solutions that make sense for families, communities, and taxpayers across District 39.

An Independent Voice for District 39

I’m running as an Independent because I believe good ideas should not be dismissed simply because of the letter beside someone’s name. My goal is to listen, work with people across party lines, and judge proposals by whether they help the people of District 39 and West Virginia as a whole.

Practical Priorities, Real Accountability

My priorities include stronger government accountability, meaningful CPS reform, reliable infrastructure, responsible economic growth, expanded healthcare access, educational opportunity, support for veterans, and protecting the rights of families and property owners. I believe every proposal should be judged by whether it solves a real problem and whether taxpayers are getting a fair return for what they are asked to spend.

A Representative Who Shows Up

I believe representation should mean being present, accessible, and willing to listen. I want people across District 39 to know they can reach me, talk with me about the issues affecting their families and communities, and expect me to carry those concerns with me to Charleston.
